Fallout 4 is slowly reaching Half Life 3’s status as one of those games that may never be announced. Although Bethesda have vaguely hinted that the game might be in development via job listings and leaked castings, the no show at QuakeCon 2014 was rather disappointing and instead we got a new DOOM teaser.
To add insult to injury, Bethesda confirmed that they have no plans for a new Fallout game announcement at GamesCom. Regardless of the various disappointments, Roman Gluschenko, an avid fan of the franchise has gone ahead and recreated the Fallout 2’s toxic caves. Roman designed them in 3D and given the power of the new consoles and modern gaming PCs, it’s fair to assume that Fallout 4 might look similar or even better in the screenshots below.
