Fallout 4’s Free Season Passes Revoked By Sony

So if you took advantage of the exploit and got them for free, you can no longer access this content.

A few days ago, European PS4 Fallout 4 players found themselves in for a pleasant surprise- the Season Pass for the game, which is currently available for $50, and which promises extensive post launch support for the RPG coming in two waves, was available on PSN for free!

Naturally, a lot of players took advantage of the deal and decided to get their free Season Passes before the exploit was discovered and shut down by Sony- and today, those players also discovered that those free Season Passes have been revoked. Trying to access it shows players that their rights to the content have expired as of today– meaning no one who did not actually buy the Pass can access it any more.

It seems to be a fair thing to do, and I’m not too mad about it- fair is fair, and getting $50 worth of content for free was always going to be a long shot.

Fallout 4 is available now for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Its first bit of DLC, Automatron, launches tomorrow.
