The FIFA 17 demo is expected to be launch on in the second week of September. The demo will drop on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and, of course PC. While you’re waiting for the demo, you can pre-order the game right now.
FIFA 17 is set to change things up quite a bit, as we’ve talked about earlier. For one, the game will have an honest-to-goodness campaign mode with Mass Effect-style dialogue options and a cliched coming-of-age sports story (which is apparently quite dynamic, depending on how poorly you play.) FIFA 17 will also be ditching EA’s in-house Ignite Engine, which powered previous iterations of the game on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
EA means to consolidate game development across the board onto the Frostbite 3 Engine. This will lead to remarkably consistent core experiences across EA’s flagship franchises. Back to the demo, a partnership with Juventus set to last for 3 years means that the Italian club will be featuring in FIFA 17’s demo. What do you think?
