FIFA 23 Tops UK Physical Sales Charts, God of War Ragnarok Claims Second Place

Dead Space drops to third place after sales fall by 52 percent. Forspoken's sales fell by 83 percent, landing it in 20th place.

The latest UK physical sales charts are in, courtesy of Gfk and FIFA 23 is once on top. Sales increased 11 percent week-on-week, allowing it to reclaim first place, as per GamesIndustry. However, thanks to an increase in PS5 hardware for the region, God of War Ragnarok placed in second second place. Its sales were up by 12 percent, thanks partly to the PS5 hardware bundle.

After topping the charts on its debut, Dead Space dropped to third place, with sales dipping by 52 percent. Spongebob Squarepants: The Cosmic Shake is the only new game and debuted in tenth place. After a strong boost in sales due to the popularity of the HBO series, The Last of Us Part 1 is in 15th place as sales dropped four percent week-on-week.

Sadly, Forspoken continues to slide down the charts, dropping to 20th place after sales dropped by 83 percent in its second week. Check out the full UK top ten for the week ending February 4th below.
