New Main Scenario Quests and side quests are coming along with a new Dungeon, Trial, Alliance Raid and the Duty Support System.

Following the release of Final Fantasy 14: Endwalker, Square Enix has announced the next big content patch coming to the critically acclaimed MMO. Patch 6.1 is out in mid-April and it’s called “Newfound Adventure” which sees the Warrior of Light returning to their life of adventure once more. Of course, there’s still plenty to see and do in Eorzea – check out the trailer below.

Some of the new features in patch 6.1 include Empyreum, a new Residential District in Ishgard. Empty plots will be doled out via a lottery system, which you can read more about here. New Main Scenario Quests, side quests, Tribe Quests and improvements to A Realm Reborn’s Main Scenario are also coming.

Players can also look forward to a new Dungeon, a new Trial in “The Minstrel’s Ballad: Endsinger’s Aria”, a new Unreal Trial in “Ultima’s Bane” and a new Alliance Raid with “Myths of the Realm Part 1.” Additional Chapters are also being added to New Game+ along with the Duty Support System, new Mounts, new Emotes and more.
