Forza Developer Might Have Confirmed Forza Street For Mobile Devices

Turn 10 Studios might have inadvertently leaked their own game.

It sucks for developers when games are leaked ahead of their announcements, because those announcements are something the developers themselves and the publisher have been working toward and looking forward to for so long- but when a developer leaks its own game by mistake, the situation calls for at least a tiny bit of confusion (at the very least).

That’s exactly what seems to have happened here. In their weekly update, Forza Motorsport Week In Review, Turn 10 Studios might have inadvertently confirmed the existence of a mobile-only Forza title (via Game Informer). While talking about a Forza community member and their recent win in an esports event, the developer mistakenly linked to a page containing information about Forza Street, a game in the racing sim franchise scheduled for launch on mobile platforms.

“Developed in partnership with UK-based studio, Electric Square, Forza Street is built from the ground up to support a wide range of Windows 10, iOS, and Android devices,” read the description. That link, of course, has since been removed, and this wasn’t an official announcement- but we can probably expect one in the coming days and weeks.

In related news, recent rumours have indicated that Forza – along with other Microsoft franchises – might indeed be making its way to other platforms- more specifically, the Nintendo Switch. Read more on that through here.
