Playground Games' latest title in the open-world racing series, contrary to expectations, isn't ducking Grand Theft Auto 6.
Phil Spencer said, "We sometimes have to shift our focus to games that will be released earlier" regarding the racing sim's current state.
"I think this map that we've created for Japan, or Horizon's version of Japan, is big, but also dense," says art director Don Arceta.
