Forza has driven up to be one of the most popular driving games in town, and the lasted entry, Forza Horizon 4, is no different. Being a Microsoft first party title, for a long time it’s been locked to the Xbox brand, and then expanded onto the PC via the Windows Store. Now, though, more people are getting a chance to play it, and they sure seem to be taking that chance on Steam.
Shortly after releasing on Microsoft’s new Xbox Series X/S, the game also saw release on Steam. It was the first time the game had come to a PC client that was not the Windows Store. It was also quite a hit by the looks of things. The game released on the 9th, and in a short time shot up the ranks. According to SteamDB, the game managed to break a milestone with 20,203 concurrent players as of March 11th. This makes its player count some of the highest of the racing genre in comparison to other popular racers like Need for Speed and DiRT 5.
Forza Horizon 4 is available now on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PC.
