Sony Santa Monica’s 2018 God of War has got a lot of praise and critical acclaim over the years, as people fawned over the beautiful experience and the story of Kratos and his son, Atreus. When PlayStation announced that they would bring the game to PC via Steam, naturally there was a lot of excitement and expectations from the game.
Following the recent release of the game on PC, the game is slowly rising the ranks of being played by many people. Currently, its peak concurrent player count is sitting at 73,529, rallying ahead of games like Rainbow Six Siege, Terraria, and FIFA 22.
It might not be as big as Cyberpunk 2077’s 1 million peak concurrent player count, but it is still a great indication that PC players have warmed up to the PlayStation first-party titles getting ported to the platform.
Here at GamingBolt, we thoroughly enjoyed the PC version of God of War, and praised it highly in our review, which you can read through here.
