This is weird. Rockstar has been busy painting a GTA 5 box art mural on a building in downtown Manhattan, and it seems like the work is finished.
However, that looks nothing like the box art they revealed recently, and the images will scare the shit out of anyone who walks past it at night, provided it glows of course.
As you can see from the image below, there are facial details missing and one of the main protagonists of the game, Francis, is also painted in an unflattering way.
Maybe the painters were trying to have fun? They probably weren’t because Rockstar won’t take it lightly.
The mural can be found on 194 7th Ave S, New York, NY 10014. The game comes out on September 17 which the painting also displays, and you can feast on some screenshots here.
