GTA 6 Seemingly Listed for €90 to €200 on Retailer’s Site Ahead of Next Week’s Pre-Orders

If the listings are true and recent conversions hold up, you may be looking at spending $80 for the Standard Edition alone.

The buzz around Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto 6 is infectious, especially after the cover art reveal. Pre-orders open on June 25th, and it seems our long-awaited vacation to Leonida will cost premium. The Portuguese website for French retailer fnac had five listings available, RS1 to RS5, and though it’s since been removed, you can find screencaps via Resetera.

RS1 costs €89.99 while RS2 is €99.99. RS3 retails for €109.99, followed by RS4 at €119.99 and finally, RS5 at €199.99. The “RS” seemingly stands for Rockstar, and given that the release date is November 19th, these may be for Grand Theft Auto 6.

RS1 could be the Standard Edition, and if correct, it may end up costing as much as Mario Kart World in the United States, i.e. $79.99. The real question is what the other listings could be. Perhaps RS2 is a physical edition, RS3 is the Digital Deluxe Edition, and so on, culminating in RS5 being the Collector’s Edition.

With pre-orders going live in just a few days, we’ll find out sooner rather than later. The real question is whether Rockstar could cram an incentive like advanced access to push players towards the more expensive editions.

Grand Theft Auto 6 will be available for Xbox Series X/S and PS5 when it launches in November.
