Square Enix and IO Interactive’s upcoming reboot of the Hitman franchise has gotten nearly 47 minutes of more gameplay footage, thanks to this new demonstration of the game at EGX 2015. This video should also serve to allay fears that in spite of the recent delay, the development of Hitman continues unabated, and that the game is actually coming together pretty well.
The demo does show off a level we have seen before- but it’s probably more exciting than being shown a new level would have been, because the entire level plays out completely differently, thanks to an entirely different style of play here. It demonstrates that multiple styles of play, each with realistic reactions and courses of outcomes, will be viable in the game once it does launch.
