Hogwarts Legacy Will Launch in September, Trailer Coming in February or March – Rumour

Hogwarts Legacy's publisher has insisted that the action RPG is going to launch in 2022, and a recent rumour indicates a September release.

Hogwarts Legacy’s release has been a bit of a popular topic of conversation of late. Though some rumours had claimed that the game would be delayed, other developments have said that it’s expected to launch this year, and that its development is actually going well. The game’s publisher, meanwhile, has insisted on more than one occasion that it’s going to launch in 2022.

When exactly in 2022 though? Well, according to known leaker @accngt on Twitter, Hogwarts Legacy is currently targeting a September launch. Meanwhile, the game’s next trailer will apparently focus on “skills” and “abilities” and is expected to be shown at a PlayStation even in either February or March. This in particular is something that has been claimed in recent rumours as well.

It has been quite some time since Hogwarts Legacy’s reveal trailer, and in the time since then, official updates and details on the game have been scant, if that. If the game is indeed set to launch this year, we should hopefully be hearing more about it in the next couple of months.

Whenever it launches, Hogwarts Legacy will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
