Ubisoft’s latest installment in its dance series, Just Dance 2014 is now available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in the United States. Functioning on motion controls, Just Dance 2014 requires either the PlayStation Camera or Xbox One’s Kinect to perform dance steps according to the song in question.
The game will feature more than 45 tracks which include recent hits such as “Applause” by Lady Gaga, “Blurred Lines” by Robin Thicke Ft. Pharrell, “Kiss You” by One Direction, “Get Lucky” by Daft Punk Ft. Pharrell Williams and “Starships” by Nicki Minaj and much more, with “Roar” by Katy Perry to be available as free DLC at launch.
The Xbox One version will support up to 6 people playing at once, which should be interesting when group dances come into play. The game will also support Xbox SmartGlass, which you can use to navigate menus and select songs using your mobile device.
Just Dance 2014 will also release in Europe, Australia and New Zealand on November 22nd, with a European launch for PS4 on November 29th. It is currently available for current-gen consoles.
