Killing Floor 3 Announced for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC

Horzine has created an army of Zeds, and it's up to the rebel group Nightfall to stop them in the upcoming co-op shooter.

Almost seven years since Killing Floor 2 first released, Tripwire Interactive has announced Killing Floor 3 at Gamescom Opening Night Live. Set in 2091, it sees a Horzine back at it again, creating an army of Zeds to do their bidding. You work for Nightfall, a rebel group, to fight back for humanity’s sake.

The co-op first-person shooter lets you team up with up to five players against the Zed hordes, unlocking new weapons and skills. It’s coming to Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, but a release window wasn’t provided. You can check out the official website and sign up to receive updates via email.

As for Killing Floor 2, it’s available for PS4, Xbox One and PC. It’s received several updates over its lifetime with new events, enemies, weapons, and much more. We’ll see how the far-future approach fares in the sequel, so stay tuned.
