Kingdom Hearts 3’s Star-Studded Voice Cast Announced By Square Enix

Pulling in big names from various Disney properties.

At Tokyo Game Show, we were treated to a ton of new Kingdom Hearts 3 footage, getting good, detailed looks of the worlds from Frozen, Toy Story, and Big Hero 6. Now, Square Enix has officially confirmed who the voice actors will be for several major characters in the game, and the cast is as star-studded as you would expect it to be in a Kingdom Hearts title.

Tony Anselmo and Bill Farmer, who’ve been the official voices of Donald Duck and Goofy respectively for years (and also played them in all the characters’ Kingdom Hearts appearances), will be reprising their roles, while Haley Joel Osment will also play the protagonist Sora once again.

As for new introductions, from the world of Frozen, Elsa, Anna, Olaf, and Kristoff are all being portrayed by the actors who played them in the movie- Idina Menzel, Kristen Bell, Josh Gad, and Jonathan Groff respectively. Zachary Levi and Donna Murphy will be reprising the roles of Flynn Rider and Mother Gothel from Tangled.

From Toy Story, John Ratzenberger will play Hamm, while Wallace Shawn will play Rex. Meanwhile, Tate Donovan will play Hercules, while Kevin R. McNally will play Gibbs from Pirates of the Caribbean.

Kingdom Hearts 3 launches on January 29 for the PS4 and Xbox One.
