As we reported earlier, Hideo Kojima is hard at work on developing the launch trailer for Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain. The new trailer will focus on the harmony and the history of Metal Gear Solid games. But that is not all as Kojima revealed new information about the trailer on his Twitter feed. Kojima stated that the launch trailer won’t be a pre-rendered, Hollywood type with a big budget but in fact it’ll be “hand made” with sweet memories.
What’s more? Hideo Kojima shared a new screenshot of the new trailer. It shows Big Boss walking through a corridor which is similar to the section we saw in Ground Zeroes. Also notice the sneaking suit and the lack of horns…seems awfully similar to the Ground Zeroes’ setting. So does this mean we will be returning to Ground Zeroes? Obviously this is an assumption on my part so let’s wait until the game comes out.
Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain is Kojima’s last Metal Gear Solid game and it will launch on September 1st on PS4, Xbox One, PS3, PC and Xbox 360.
I'm making a new trailer for MGS series fans. It's not a Hollywoody big budget pre-rendered one but it'll be "hand made" w/ sweet memories.
