Mass Effect 3 Single-Player Infographic Released: Everyone Hates Kaidan

Today was a good day.

Bioware has released another infographic for Mass Effect, showcasing some of the choices that the majority of players took for the single-player campaign.

First the raw numbers: The amount of hours played in the campaign worldwide are 88.3 million, roughly 8,626 years. A Galactic Readiness of 100 percent was achieved by 37.6 percent of players, while 4 percent players completed the “Insanity” difficulty.

The Soldier is the most used class in single-player, and Paragon vs. Renegade preferences break down as 64.5 percent vs. 35.5 percent respectively.

In a similar trend from Mass Effect 2, only 18 percent players finished the campaign as Female Shepard. But much more interesting are the number of people who simply do not like Kaidan Alenko.

On a list ranking the most popular squad members, which we assume is based on who gets chosen the most for missions, Kaidan is last at 1.5 percent while Liara and Garrus are number 1 and 2 respectively. Kaidan’s survival rate is also hilariously abysmal 17 percent. Check out the infographic for more.
