Mass Effect Trilogy Remastered Listed by Portuguese Retailer

The remastered collection is rumoured to release in October.

Rumours of a remastered collection of the original Mass Effect trilogy have been floating around for number of months now, with the latest reports claiming that EA plans on announcing the game in early October and then releasing it later in the month as their big late 2020 release. While it remains to be seen whether that will actually happen, a retailer may have spilled the beans on it.

As spotted by @Nibellion on Twitter, Portuguese retailer Gaming Replay has put up listings of Mass Effect Trilogy Remastered for the PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch, with mentions of an October release date. The inclusion of the Switch is interesting, especially since early reports suggested that though the collection would release for Nintendo’s hybrid, it would be coming at a later date.

Of course, these listings don’t necessarily have to mean anything concrete, an it’s entirely possible that they were made due to the leaks and rumours themselves- so take this with a grain of salt for now. This isn’t the first time retailers have listed Mass Effect Trilogy though.

We’ll keep you updated should we learn anything new, so stay tuned.
