Metal Gear Solid 5 The Phantom Pain: Kojima Reveals Mo-cap Updates, Sutherland Praises Game

More useless details arrive from Kojima.

Director Hideo Kojima has revealed some updates for the motion capture process of Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain. Actually, these are more just behind the scenes shots than any real updates but progress is slowly and surely being made towards wrapping up the game’s motion capture.

Kojima also posted praise for The Phantom Pain trailer from new Solid Snake front-man Kiefer Sutherland. He stated that, “This is arguably one of the most exciting new frontiers in entertainment. It was an honour and a privilege to work with Kojima who is at its forefront.” We’re pretty sure he’s talking about video games as a whole but it’s still high praise for Kojima nonetheless.

Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain is in development for PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PS3 with rumours stating that it could be out by 2015. What are your thoughts on the game thus far? Let us know in the comments below.
