Have you always wanted to see what games can look like in 60 FPS? Thanks to YouTube implementing support for 60 FPS videos, that’s wholly possible but even before this, Kojima Productions released a native 1080p video for Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain running in 60 frames per second. You can head here to check it out. Sorry, it’s not embeddable.
The gameplay video contains 30 minutes of The Phantom Pain. It won’t be anything new for those who saw the E3 2014 demo already but the 60 FPS twist gives it a bit more sheen.
Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain will be the so-called epilogue to Ground Zeroes’ prologue. It will continue Snake’s story as he struggles to attain revenge following the events of Ground Zeroes. The Phantom Pain is in development for the Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3 and PS4 – it is currently rumoured to be releasing in 2015. Stay tuned for more information on the game in the coming months.
