Deep Silver has announced that Metro: Last Light will be receiving a few DLC packs over the next few months, along with confirming a Season Pass for said DLC.
The first DLC, the Faction Pack, will feature original single-play campaign missions which reportedly expand on the Metro: Last Light universe and release in June. The Season Pass can be picked up for $14.99/£11.99/€14.99 or 1200 Microsoft Points off PSN, Steam and Xbox Live.
Creative director Andrew Prokhorov stated that “Artyom’s story may have been concluded in Metro: Last Light, but there are other characters with stories to tell, some familiar locations that fans of the Metro series wanted to revisit, and some new challenges that 4A wanted to explore.
“Since completing the game we have been working on these new stories and hope to release them throughout the summer.”
Other DLC packs being planned include the Chronicles Pack, which will also feature new single-player missions; the Tower Pack, said to introduce a “unique” solo challenge; and the Developer Pack, which will bundle tools for players to explore the world in interesting new ways.
