Microsoft has just announced 4 hardware accessories for Microsoft Flight Simulator, which includes 3 flight controllers as well as keyboard mouse combo. In a blog post on the official Xbox Wire website, Microsoft has confirmed that all of the listed accessories will work just fine with Flight Simulator.
The first accessory is the Turtle Beach VelocityOne Flight, which costs around $349.99 and will be available in Fall 2021. The other two – Thrustmaster T.Flight Full Kit X and Honeycomb Alpha Flight Controls XPC will release on July 27, 2021 and early 2022 respectively. In addition to the flight controllers, the Razer Turret keyboard mouse combo will also be fully supported by Flight Simulator on consoles.
Xbox recently revitalized the Design Lab for custom Xbox controllers, and seems to be doubling down on putting player freedom and accessibility at the forefront. Innovations like the Xbox Adaptive Controller have been monumental successes, allowing the physically impaired to play the games they love.
