Minecraft Legends is Out Now

The action strategy title is available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, PC and Nintendo Switch. It's also on Game Pass.

Blackbird Interactive’s Minecraft Legends, based on Mojang’s popular sandbox crafting franchise, is now available. It’s playable on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, PC and Nintendo Switch, and Game Pass. Check out the launch trailer below.

Set during a time that’s neither fact nor fiction, Legends is about the Overworld uniting under a hero to take on the invading Piglins of the Nether. As said hero, players can create and command different unit types, including classics like Creepers, Skeletons and Zombies. An army is necessary when assaulting various Piglin outposts and fortresses.

They can also create structures to reinforce towers and defend the Villages of the Overworld. Everything requires resources to build, and that’s where the classic mining comes in, though you can designate Allays to gather them for you. Unlocking more resources allows for different structures, improvements, and new units.
