In a new pre-release livestream for NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139…, developer Toylogic showcased the additional content that will be included. Dad Nier aka the protagonist of NieR Gestalt can be seen along with costumes like the Kabuki Samurai. There’s also the 15 Nightmares extra dungeons that can served as DLC for the original game.
Other interesting goodies include the 4 YoRHa costumes based on A2, 9S and 2B from NieR: Automata. The sequel’s voice cast is also returning while its full soundtrack will be included with the remaster. If that weren’t enough, new story episode “Mermaid” based on The Little Mermaid novella, is also included. It seems to include a powerful new boss (though it’s unknown whether this is the previously teased hidden boss).
NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139… launches on April 23rd for Xbox One, PS4 and PC after going gold some time ago. For more gameplay footage, head here. Stay tuned for more details in the coming days.
