Persona 5 Royal Stream Set for September 27th

The Newcomer Preparation Special is meant for new players getting into the series.

Atlus has been promoting Persona 5 Royal, the enhanced version of its critically acclaimed RPG, quite heavily. We’ve seen the opening video, challenge battles, some new interactions for established characters and much more. However, the next stream on September 27th will focus on answering questions from newcomers to the series.

Taking place at 4 AM PST/8 PM JST, the “Let’s Players Gathering! Persona 5 Royal Newcomer Preparation Special” will seek to address what Persona 5 is. It will feature several Let’s Players and cosplayer Enako as well. Check out our review of Persona 5 here to see if it’s worth getting into.

If you’ve been interested in the title but waiting for Persona 5 Royal, there’s quite a lot to experience. It will have 30 percent more content including additional endings, new Persona like Fafnir and brand new character in the form of Kasumi. Persona 5 Royal releases on October 31st for Japan on PS4. It releases in Spring 2020 for the West. Expect a more concrete release date in the coming months.
