Phil Spencer has already confirmed that he will be attending the Windows 10 event that Microsoft is holding next month, and that there will be some good gaming related announcements there next month; at the same time, there have also already been leaks regarding some sort of Xbox/Windows connectivity. Now, there is more fuel being added to the fire, as Spencer is reiterating his excitement for the event next month.
‘I am excited for the event. It will be great to get to talk about our Windows and XBOX plans,’ he said on his Twitter.
Of note is how he mentions both, Xbox and PC- that seems to hint at there definitely being some sort of major news for both platforms.
Now, let us hope that Microsoft can keep both camps happy- they tend to usually please only one or the other (most often Xbox, and not Windows). Something like Windows PCs having embedded Xbox Remote Play capability would automatically be pretty great.
