Quantum Break Dev Aware of PC Issues, “Working Diligently” to Address Feedback

Remedy Entertainment apologizes for current issues.

After a variety of issues were reported for the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break, Remedy Entertainment apologized for the same and reported that it was working with Microsoft to address all feedback.

In a recent forum post, the developer said, “We are aware that some players are facing issues with the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break and some extent on Xbox One. We want to let you know that we are working diligently with Microsoft Studios on addressing all the feedback. We are paying close attention to forums and the discussion online about Quantum Break and are doing our best to solve the issues you are experiencing.”

Several key issues were discussed such as the game’s frame rate stuttering, described as a “major rounding error” which should have a solution in the “near future”; slow rendering that would come up after extensive play which was “very rare,” but still being addressed in collaboration with AMD and Nvidia; and the inability to quit from the main menu which will be added in an upcoming title update.

Quantum Break released for Xbox One and Windows 10 on April 5th. It’s become Microsoft’s best-selling new IP in the UK for the current generation.
