The PS4 Pro bundle for Red Dead Redemption 2 was revealed quite recently, and it seems like a pretty good deal overall if you need a console to play the game when it launches. It turns out that the PS4 Pro that will be coming with the bundle will actually be an upgraded version, jumping up to the CUH-72XX series.
In comparison, the limited edition Spider-Man PS4 Pro bundle was of CUH-71XX series- more specifically specifically, it was the CUH-7115B model. This model was first introduced with the 500 million limited edition PS4 Pro console. With the new Red Dead Redemption 2 bundle, the console’s model is stated as CUH-7215B on the front of the bundle’s box, signifying an upgrade to the hardware. As for what changes this upgrade brings, we will have to wait until the bundle launches on October 26 to find out. In most cases, such hardware upgrades are minor- for instance, the last upgrade of this category brought a decrease in noise and quieter fans.
Check out the images below to see the changes in the hardware model. Red Dead Redemption 2 is set to release for the PS4 and Xbox One on October 26, but you better clear up some storage space beforehand, because this game is going to be freaking huge.
