With two dozen weapons to unlock or purchase as either Grace or Leon, you will not at all be wanting for variety in Resident Evil Requiem. The greater majority of weapons are acquired over the course of the game while exploring, with a smaller selection for purchase via the bonus menu, and just one additional weapon from the highest difficulty.

Requiem

This is Grace’s starting revolver, acquired through normal gameplay progression in the Care Center’s Central Hall.

B934

Grace can pick up this pistol right off of the floor in the middle of the Care Center’s Dining Room, which is past the Kitchen.

Makeshift Knife

After making your way through the Dining Room and vaulting over into the Filing Room, open the first locker on the right side of the room for this initial knife.

Hunting Knife

Pry another knife right out of the hands of one of the enemies in the general vicinity of the Filing and Dining Rooms.

S&S M232

Acquire another handgun in the corner of the lower countertop of the bar on the left side of the Bar & Lounge.

MSBG 500

The first weapon you will acquire as Leon, this shotgun is lying in plain sight on the floor in the Care Center’s Attic, right before a monster against whom you can use it effectively.

Hand Grenade

After taking down the large monster with your shotgun, you can pick up the Hand Grenade from it.

Classic 70

Back as Leon in the Courtyard of the Care Center, you will have this sniper rifle by default.

Silencer 9

Once in East Raccoon City, the Supply Box can provide Leon with one of three distinct weapons, including this Pistol, as long as you have accumulated enough Credits to purchase them.

990-TAC

Another shotgun for the collection, you can buy this from the Supply Box as well.

Stiri REVO3 A1

This submachine gun is the third and final weapon purchasable from the Supply Box.

Gal

Alternatively, you can retrieve this submachine gun in the top-left corner of the Underground Parking Garage, while heading on your way to Raccoon City Center and acquiring batteries.

Marksman 1A

The only weapon stowed away in the numbered BSAA Containers scattered around East Raccoon City. This particular container marked 03, is located past the Gas Station, at the very eastern edge of the map on the main street when accessed via the Underground Parking Garage. You will have to ascend a short ladder attached to a truck in order to get beyond the obstructions in your path.

Repurchasable from Supply Boxes after unlocking, if you need to swap it out in the interim.

W870 Police

Raccoon City Center’s Gun Shop Kendo has a cutscene upon entry. Once it ends, simply search the shelves to find this shotgun. Use the Supply Box nearby to stow it away if need be.

Mortal Edge

Leon’s boss fight in ARK will drop his own axe upon defeat, which you can then retrieve and swap to in the inventory, for your own use.

Bottle of Acid

Grace can find a Bottle of Acid in the Chemical Storage during her segment, as she searches for the override key in order to help Leon escape.

Bonus Special Content Weapons

Once a first run on any difficulty, including Casual, has been completed, both Grace and Leon gain access to a trove of weapons unlockable via the menus, under Special Content.
