Crystal Dynamics has released an extended gameplay demo for Rise of the Tomb Raider, so if you wanted to see more after its brief appearance at Gamescom, this is your ticket. Check it out below.
While the Gamescom presentation showcased Lara’s sneaking and killing capabilities, this demo showcases her raiding some tombs. The common criticism of the 2013 reboot of Tomb Raider was its lack of truly large tombs to explore and raid. At least with Rise of the Tomb Raider, Crystal Dynamics is showing it has some handle on fitting tombs into the series’ current design.
Rise of the Tomb Raider will be releasing on Xbox One and Xbox 360 on November 10th. It will be available for Windows 10 early next year and releases on PS4 in Holiday 2016. What are your thoughts on the new gameplay demo? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more information in the coming months.
