If you need any more reason to subscribe to Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass, then Psyonix’s Rocket League is now available for the service. A recent glance at the Microsoft Store shows that the action sports title is now available for the service.
This means that if you pay $9.99 each month, you’ll get to download and play Rocket League for Xbox One as long as you want. The service includes numerous other high profile games like Fallout 4, Tom Clancy’s The Division, DIRT 4, The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited, and more.
Overall, Xbox Game Pass is a decent way to experience first party titles like State of Decay 2, Gears of War 4, Sea of Thieves and Halo Wars 2. All future Xbox One exclusives will be also available from day one of launch, which is a pretty good deal overall. Head here for a free trial.
As for Rocket League, it’s currently celebrating its third year anniversary with an in-game event. A new Anniversary Playlist with 3v3 combat, an Arena that pays homage to Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars (Psyonix’s pre-Rocket League vehicular sports title) and special Anniversary balloons are also available.
