Sacred 3 Gameplay Trailer Debuts, Contains Hacking and Slashing

Deep Silver's hack and slash RPG will be bringing the ruckus this August.

Deep Silver’s Sacred 3 is perhaps one of the publisher’s more low-key titles – despite being a hack and slash experience featuring drop-in, drop-out multiplayer for up to four players. Today, we get our first glimpse of what to expect within the game and suitably enough, it involves slicing enemies. Check it out above.

Along with online multiplayer, there will be a single-player component. You can choose from five different cultures, which server as Classes. The Malakhim Class is new and adds a bit of variety but along with the main game, Deep Silver will be packaging the first DLC pack Underworld Story on release. The DLC has you scaling a tower in order to confront Sacred 2’s Black Seraphim boss.

Sacred 3 releases on August 22nd in Europe and August 26th in North America. It will be out for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. Let us know what you think of the gameplay in the comments below.
