Shadow of the Tomb Raider Gets New Trailer Ahead of Launch

Lara Croft’s final stand (for now, at any rate).

Shadow of the Tomb Raider is due out this Friday, and ahead of that, Square Enix has released a brand new trailer for it to commemorate its launch. The trailer shows us Lara traipsing through dungeons and old tombs, jumping around, getting into fights, and more- it’s fairly standard as launch trailers go, and acts more as a story primer for those looking to get into the game later this week.

Apart from that, we also get to see just how stunning the game looks- especially on the Xbox One X, this one is bound to be a looker, and I am sure that many will look into picking it up for themselves based on just how pretty it looks alone.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider is, of course, meant to be the final game in the rebooted trilogy (or this specific story arc anyway), which started with 2013’s Tomb Raider, and continued on with 2015’s Rise of the Tomb Raider. It launches for PS4, Xbox One, and PC on September 14. Make sure to check out GamingBolt’s review for the game for yourself– spoiler alert, we liked it a lot.
