Even if you are not in the beta, but plan on playing the final release, getting this driver downloaded now may not be a bad idea at all- it will probably make things easier for when the game does release.
According to PCgamesN, the drivers provide a moderate performance boost, which is probably code for ‘they prevent the game from crashing and from setting your PC on fire in the process.’ Or maybe the drivers do exactly what the description says. It could be either.
