If you are playing the beta for DICE and EA’s upcoming reboot of the classic Star Wars action game franchise Star Wars Battlefront, and you use an Nvidia card, you should really go ahead and download the new GeForce Game Ready 358.50 WHQL drivers, which come with Game Ready optimizations for the open beta. Even if you are not in the beta, but plan on playing the final release, getting this driver downloaded now may not be a bad idea at all- it will probably make things easier for when the game does release.

According to PCgamesN, the drivers provide a moderate performance boost, which is probably code for ‘they prevent the game from crashing and from setting your PC on fire in the process.’ Or maybe the drivers do exactly what the description says. It could be either.

Star Wars: Battlefront releases this November on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
