Star Wars Outlaws Has Been Rated in Brazil

A release date could be coming soon for Massive's upcoming action-adventure title, which was also rated in South Korea and Australia.

Following ratings in South Korea and Australia, Massive Entertainment’s Star Wars Outlaws has been rated in Brazil. With Ubisoft announcing its next showcase for June 10th, it seems more likely than ever that a release date could be announced.

As for the intended classification, it says the title is “not recommended for children under 14 years of age.” There aren’t any specifics regarding its content outside of “Violence,” but considering Star Wars Jedi: Survivor was rated “T for Teen” by the ESRB, it’s hard to imagine Outlaws anything more explicit. Then again, South Korea’s GRAC did rate it 19+, equivalent to the ESRB’s “M for Mature”, so time will tell.

Star Wars Outlaws is in development for Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC. Set between The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, it focuses on outlaw Kay Vess orchestrating a massive heist in the Outer Rim. Insider Gaming claims it’s launching sometime in the first half of the year, which means by June 31st at the latest. Stay tuned for updates, as always.
