Star Wars Outlaws Has Been Rated in South Korea

Ubisoft previously handed the open world title a 2024 launch window, with leaks subsequently claiming that the game would release in the year's first half.

When Ubisoft and developer Massive Entertainment formally unveiled Star Wars Outlaws last year, the open world action-adventure title was officially handed a 2024 launch window, and though further details on when the game will launch have been scant since then, there are indications that that could change soon.

Star Wars Outlaws has been rated by South Korea’s Game Rating and Administration Committee (GRAC), with the game getting a 19+ rating (which would be the equivalent of an M rating by the ESRB). Age ratings for titles generally tend to happen relatively late in their pre-launch cycles, suggesting that Outlaws might be approaching the finish line.

It’s also worth pointing out that prominent leaker Tom Henderson claimed earlier this year that the game was targeting release sometime in the first half of the year. If that is still indeed the plan at Ubisoft, we should be hearing something concrete in the coming weeks.

Star Wars Outlaws is in development for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. It was recently confirmed that the game will launch with ray tracing and DLSS 3 support on PC.
