At last, we know when we can play Undead Labs’ bigger and seemingly better sequel to their hit zombie survival game. State of Decay 2 has been announced to be releasing for Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs on May 22- and as expected, it will be launching on Xbox Game Pass day one as well.
Even if you don’t subscribe to Game Pass, it won’t be too expensive to get yourself a copy of the game either- contrary to popular expectation, State of Decay 2 will launch for just $30. There will be an Ultimate Edition that costs $50, which gets you early access to this game, as well as the first game with all of its DLC- but if you just want this one, you’re spending half price money to get it (assuming you’re not a Game Pass subscriber, that is, which at this point you really should be).
also be Play Anywhere, which means if you get one version of the game, you’ll get the other for free- which is good, obviously. State of Decay 2 will be available on PC and Xbox One.
