Though it may not be selling at the sort of pace that other Capcom megatons like Resident Evil and Monster Hunter are clearly enjoying, Street Fighter 6 has still been a commercial success for the company, and the fighter is continuing to sell at a steady rate as it approaches its one-year anniversary.
Capcom has provided updated sales figures for a number of its games via its Platinum Titles page, where the company has confirmed that as of March 31, Street Fighter 6 has sold 3.3 million units woldwide across all platforms. Previously it was announced that the game had sold 3 million units as of early January, which means it sold an additional 300,000 units in the year’s first quarter.
Capcom recently wrapped up Street Fighter 6’s Year 1 content with the release of its fourth DLC character, Akuma. Year 2 characters are also in the works, while the game has also received update today that adds new music options and a new paid outfit pack.
Street Fighter 6 is available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, and PC. Read our review of the game through here.
