Tom Clancy’s The Division has returned in beta form, at least for the Xbox One. After a successful closed beta, Xbox One players can now access the open beta on the console today.
The open beta requires 27 GB of space but if you already took part in the closed beta and still have it installed, a 1.7 GB update is all that’s required. Along with changes to the Dark Zone, the open beta will also feature a brand new story mission for players to experience. Ubisoft has also made a host of improvements and changes to The Division’s open beta based on feedback from the closed beta.
The Division will be out on March 8th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. The Xbox One version will have timed exclusivity to DLC for 30 days, much like the current timed exclusivity model for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 DLC on PlayStation 4. Thought on The Division? Let us know in the comments.
