Nexon has announced that servers for The First Descendant will undergo maintenance from midnight to 5 AM PDT on July 18th. It confirmed that there would be more details in its announcement for hotfix 1.0.3, implying that the latter will go live once maintenance is up. The contents of the patch remain to be seen.
The last major hotfix went live last week, adding matchmaking for Infiltration Operations on Hard mode and removing Immunity Spheres from named enemies. The Rare basic materials from Encrypted Vaults increased significantly, and they’re now obtainable from Elite Vulgus in Field Missions and Infiltration Operations. Best of all, the Descendant Instructor’s lines linger, making it easier to glean the information.
