The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt fans have been patiently (and possibly impatiently) waiting for any news about when the game’s DLC, Blood and Wine is finally going to launch and now there may be some news. One of the leading Polish gaming websites, GRYOnline posted a message on its Facebook page saying the site had heard that in regards to a release date, “something is happening.”
Previously it was believed the website might have revealed the DLC launch date as June 7. The problem is after that leak, GRYOnline didn’t confirm they even meant to release the date. This has led to others in the industry to believe June 7 could just be a placeholder date.
The excitement over the DLC is, by all accounts warranted. The Witcher 3‘s DLC Blood and Wine is going to be 20 hours long and has been called “more refined” than the original game. For now we still don’t have a release date but that could be changing soon.
