The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is a great game, but as is to be expected with a title this sprawling and large, it did launch with a fair few issues. These issues ranged from frame stuttering as well as small font sizes, making it very hard to read any of the text on screen. A lot of the issues with the game have been addressed by a patch for the PC version, and now, CD Projekt RED have promised that the upcoming console version will feature a similar list of fixes too.
The patch will include larger fonts, so players should no longer have to squint or bend closer to the screen to read what’s going on; the Xbox One version of the game is also confirmed to be getting frame rate lock option, so you can lock it to 30FPS, and keep it steady. Finally, though it will not be a part of this patch, CD Projekt RED also confirmed that they are aware of the infinite loading screen glitch in the King’s Gambit quest, and they should have a fix for it coming in the near future.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt launched on Xbox One, PS4, and PC on May 19. Stay tuned to GamingBolt for more coverage.
