CD Projekt RED’s open world action RPG The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is still a ways off after having been delayed from 2014 to February 2015. Nonetheless, there’s still plenty of intrigue surrounding the gorgeous game, especially when it comes to the areas we’ll be visiting. One of these, revealed in a new concept art screen from the developer, is Novigrad canls.
The canals function as the sewage system for the city of Novigrad, which is a port city in the kingdom of Redania to the North. Creepy crawlies seem to dwell in the canals below the city and while it may be nothing that our man Geralt can’t handle, there’s no doubt something more wicked that lies beneath.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is in development for PS4, Xbox One and PC. It is the final chapter in the trilogy and sees Geralt embarking on a new open world adventure to save the ones he cares about.
