The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Receiving Day One Patch, Brings “Minor Tweaks”

"Game is done and good to play as is."

CD Projekt RED’s The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is out in two weeks and will finally bring the Witcher video game trilogy to a thunderous conclusion. Given its massive size and length, The Witcher 3 will be seeing a day one patch according to level designer Miles Tost. However, it’s not the kind of patch that’s really needed.

On Twitter, Tost said, “We have one, but not because we need it, but because we want it to be the best it can be when it reaches your hands.”

What will the patch be for exactly? “Couple of minor additional tweaks, nothing too grand. Game is done and good to play as is,” according to Tost.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be out on May 19th for PS4, Xbox One and PC. It will see Geralt battling the Wild Hunt and trying to rescue a living weapon in Ciri. Are you looking forward to it? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
