Crystal Dynamics has released a Top Ten Moments trailer for this year’s breakout success (depending on who you ask) Tomb Raider. The trailer looks at several of the more heart-stopping moments from the game. Check it out above.
Tomb Raider, developed by Crystal Dynamics and published by Square-Enix, is a reboot in the popular franchise that sees Lara Croft before she becomes a Tomb Raider. As she’s stranded on an island full of savage cultists, Lara must work to save her friends and solve the mystery of the island without falling prey to its various dangers.
Despite the game selling 1 million copies in the first 48 hours – which is a great feat considering that the last game Tomb Raider Underworld came out years ago and wasn’t such a roaring success – Square Enix stated that it had missed in its intended sales targets.
Nonetheless, the game has received considerable critical acclaim and will be seeing some DLC in the future for Xbox 360, PC and PS3.
