UK Charts: Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy on Top Yet Again

No Man's Sky, meanwhile, debuts in 12th place following the release of NEXT.

Another week in the UK, another display of dominance by Activision’s Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy. According to Gfk Chart-Track, Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is the best-selling game in the UK for the week ending July 28th. This is its fifth consecutive week at number 1 off the back of its release for Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch (the PS4 version came out last year).

Entertainment software sales dropped by 15 percent following Amazon Prime Day. LEGO The Incredibles hasn’t seen its spot change, as it remained in second. Interestingly, The Crew 2 shot up from eighth to third place, while God of War moved from seventh to fourth place. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Call of Duty: WW2, and Grand Theft Auto 5 saw similar rises, occupying the fifth, sixth and seventh slots respectively.

Despite a strong presence last week, Sonic Mania Plus fell to eighth place, while Jurassic Park World: Evolution rose to ninth. FIFA 18 is also in 11th place, marking perhaps the first time the EA Sports title hasn’t been in the top 10 since launch. No Man’s Sky was a new entry this week, likely due to the recent Xbox One version and increased physical sales from the NEXT update.
