Insomniac’s first person shooter Resistance 3 (which we absolutely loved, by the way) has managed to secure the top spot in PS3’s UK sales charts for the week ending September 10, triumphing over all-formats chart leader Dead Island, which came in at the second position.
Driver: San Francisco comes in next, with Warhammer 40K: Space Marine claiming the 4th position. Deus Ex: Human Revolution, last week’s top selling PS3, PC, Xbox 360 and all formats game, has toppled to No.5 in the PS3 charts, as in the all formats charts.
Rugby World Cup 2011 managed to stay in the top 10 highest selling titles as well, coming in at 6, and so did Madden NFL 12, claiming the next position as its own.
Call of Duty: Black ops and Mortal Kombat rounded off the top ten.
