Watch Dogs Requires Roughly 100 Hours for Full Completion – Creative Director

This is if you collect everything and play all side missions along with the story.

Ubisoft Montreal’s Watch Dogs has seen a fair amount of controversy lately thanks to claims of its visuals being downgraded from when it was shown in September 2013. While that may still be up for debate (i.e. we’ll need to wait till the game is out), we can at least expect tons of content to go with the experience.

According to creative director Jonathan Morin on Twitter, Watch Dogs will have a very substantial play-time even for those who only stick to the campaign. “I would say the average player which does free roam a bit tend to reach the end within 35-40 hours. But doing everything is close 100 hours.”

This sounds vaguely similar to Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag’s playtime, which we of course have no problem with at all. Ubisoft Montreal is fairly experience in developing open world titles – it just remains to be seen how fun the whole experience will be.

Watch Dogs will be out on May 27th for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3, PS4 and PC. The Wii U version is due much later.
